Drug Recognition Training

DRE School Applications are accepted only for scheduled classes. Applications must be approved by the State Coordinator.  You will be notified if your application has been approved. A link to the appropriate application is provided in the class listing. Currently scheduled classes are listed below.

April 26 & 27 Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE)

May 4 Mandatory Yearly DRE Recertification Training
Region #4REGISTRATION FORM
State Preparedness Training Center, 5900 Airport Road, Oriskany, NY 13424
The training is from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. - Bring your DRE Bag and a fully charged tablet.
The mandatory yearly training session is being offered to any DRE who needs to attend 8 hours of training for 2018. If you plan to attend, please register at the link above. You will receive a confirmation email to attend this course.
IF YOU DO NOT REGISTER YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND!
If you need to recertify within the next six months and your paperwork is complete, you may bring it with you.

May 7 - 18 Drug Recognition Expert Training (DRE) - Phase 1
Genesee County Fire Training Facility, 7690 State Street Road, Batavia, NY 14020
Students who successfully complete Phase 1 will be sent to Jacksonville, FL for Phase 2 June 3 - 9, 2018 for Field Certification Training.

The DRE School application must be received by Friday, February 16, 2018.
Interviews will take place on March 26, 27, 28, 2018.

May 9 & 10 Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE)

May 16 Mandatory Yearly DRE Recertification Training
